1. Are script's licences time limited?
No. My licences aren't time limited.
2. I use old free version of script. Last/new version isn't free. Is old version illegal?
No. My licences aren't time limited. So, if you use old free version, then everything is good. Even, if old version isn't available for download from my site.
3. I lost old free version of script, and now only new commercial version is available. What can I do to use old free version?
Contact me by form in Contact section, I'll send you old free version.
4. May I use one script's licence on two computers? For example on notebook and workstation?
Yes. If on both computers you have installed and activated the same copy of InDesign (with Adobe licence restriction), then you don't need to buy two licences for script. In this situation you can use the same copy of script on both computers.
The same is for our scripts which work with another Adobe programs.
5. I bought script and found a bug!
It's possible, that you have situation which I can't see. It's possible, that in another system or in another InDesign's version (or other Adobe application) some function work different. In these situations, script may display error message. But if you tell me about problem precisely as possible, then I think, I can help you.
What I need to know:
- script name and version which you use,
- application (and it's version) in which you use my scripts,
- operating system of your computer,
- full error message – it may be a screenshot of error message,
- how you configure script when the error was displayed,
- what you want to do with my scripts when you've got error mesage,
- what script do and what do not, what script do bad.
6. How can I order script?
If you want to order my script, you should fill order form which are availalble by clicking order link located under each script description.

7. How scripts are shipped?
Scripts are shipped by e-mail written in order form.
8. I need a custom script...
I want to order custom script...
First you must know, that scripting cannot create new features that InDesign (or other Adobe application) doesn’t currently have. Scripting can automate many tasks and reduce the time it takes to do something.
So if you do a certain task repetitively, a script can probably do it for you, easier and faster! If you are thinking of something that I may be able to script for you, please conctact me by form in Contact section.
I'll be able to tell
- whether or not scripting can do what you want,
- whether I have the skills needed to write the script,
- an estimate of much it would cost.
9. What are standard order realization terms?
Standard order terms are:
- when you order, you tell me that you read script's description and you know script's functionality,
- because software is specific product, you agree that script and money back isn't possible,
- prices of my scripts has all needed costs. I'm not VAT payer,
- order is shipped at e-mail you enter above within 48 hours after payment done,
- all data from this form will be used for order realization and are not transferred to other companies,
- I haven't responsibility for results of my scripts using or my scripts using inability.
